Human Rights Research & Advocacy Consortium
The Human Rights Research and Advocacy Consortium is a group of 14 Afghan and international organizations. It was established in early 2003 to engage in proactive research and advocacy on human rights issues in Afghanistan.The members of the Consortium are: Afghan Development Association; Agency for technical cooperation and development; Action Aid; Care International; Swedish Committee for Afghanistan and ACBAR are advisory organizations to the Consortium.HRRAC encourage all suitable National candidates to apply for Human Resource Assistant based at Kabul to support its programs in Afghanistan.
