The Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is an international cooperation enterprise for sustainable development with worldwide operations. It is implementing a Technical Cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and its Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

The Promotion of the Rule of Law project (RoL) is supporting the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to achieve more and better justice applied equally to all its citizens and institutions. In this regard, it is also working with Law and Sharia faculties in the Northern Provinces to strengthen and develop study conditions for those students.
