We connect organizations and teams to be part of community development activities that contribute to the nation’s growth and development.\r\n<br>Responsibilities:\r\n<br>• Review training material that is being used by Accord Worldwide \r\n<br>• Adhere to training operation manual of Accord Worldwide \r\n<br>• Conduct training related other activities (e.g. support to students during course reporting etc.)\r\n<br>• Conduct post training activities that relate to capacity building as per requirement of the program.\r\n<br>• Develop and refine core course modules comprising specific M&E competencies required\r\n<br>• Resource Mobilization\r\n<br>• Coordination Meeting with donors and the relevant staff\r\n<br>• Submission of Inception Report Submission of Draft Final Report on the Training and On-Job Support\r\n<br>• Information Gathering with Client Need Assessment and Evaluation of Present Capacities\r\n<br>• Feed Back on Course Syllabus/Finalization of Syllabus\r\n<br>• Monitoring and Impact Assessment\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<br>Qualification:\r\n<br>• Bachelor /Master Degree in M&E relevant field. \r\n<br>• Experience working with national & international organizations including coordination conduct of training and facilitation.\r\n<br>• Experience using and training on computer applications relating to portal-based data entry verification aggregation and reporting as well as Microsoft Office Applications.\r\n<br>• Excellent organizational oral and written communication skills in English and DARI are mandatory (oral and written).\r\n<br>• Build effective coaching techniques effectively communicate change Strengthen listening skills\r\n<br>• Recognize team success with enthusiasm\r\n<br>• Problem-solving and negotiation skills\r\n<br>• Effectively manage training schedules\r\n<br>• Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills\r\n<br>• Must be trained as an adult trainer by reputable sources\r\n<br>• Must be able to conduct adult training programs in interactive and competency based approach\r\n<br>\r\n<br>Submission guideline:\r\n<br>Application submission: interested and qualified candidates should submit an application letter with update CV to AWW HR department only via E-mail: [email protected]\r\n<br>Note: Please add the title of position on which you applied for in the subject line of your email.\r\n<br>Submission E-mail:\r\n<br>[email protected]    <br>

<p>The Aga Khan University, Academic Projects Afghanistan (AKU-APA) has a mandate to support human resource development in health and education sectors in Afghanistan, through providing technical support to ministries of Public Health and Higher Education. Specifically, AKU-APA has been working with Ghazanfar Institute of Health Sciences (GIHS), Kabul and its regional institutes; Kabul Medical University (KMU) and French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC), in nursing, midwifery and postgraduate medical education. Aga Khan University School of Nursing and Midwifery (AKU-SoNaM) and Medical College have been providing technical assistance to strengthen the quality of Nursing and Midwifery Education in Afghanistan since 2002 through AKU-APA. Over 1600 nurses and midwives for their diploma programme and more than 2000 other health and education personnel have been trained in Pakistan and Afghanistan in short and long courses to enhance their knowledge and skills. AKU-APA also supports a General Nursing Diploma program in Faizabad, with Badakhshan Institute of Health Sciences and runs a Maternal and New-born Surveillance System research project in selected districts of Badakhshan. A Training and Policy Unit (TPU) was established at the GIHS in 2012, which is the focal reference of the Institutes of Health Sciences (IHSs) system in Afghanistan for nursing and midwifery education. The TPU-GIHS is responsible for development and revision of curriculums, standards and policies related to nursing and midwifery education and build capacity of trainers from GIHS as well as regional IHSs for effective implementation. </p>
